The location of Vittoria Resort & Spa made exploring Otranto super easy. A quick 5-minute walk took us to the vibrant promenade with restaurants and bars. The pool area surprised us with its size and cleanliness, offering many sunbeds. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the gardens. The spaciousness was great, especially with a large balcony for drying clothes and relaxation. Breakfast had a decent variety, though I found some items a bit basic compared to other places in Italy. It was nice that chefs prepared fresh omelettes on request. the air conditioning posed a challenge initially. it was warm the first night because we couldn't adjust the temperature. The quiet atmosphere was pleasant, making for a relaxing stay, but occasional noises from nearby events disrupted this peace. Towels weren’t available by the pool, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly, but I found responsiveness could improve, especially regarding my requests. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the fun environment made up for the quirks. I'd consider returning.

The hotel sits in a prime location just a short walk from the old town and beach, making evening strolls delightful. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some frustrating issues. The air conditioning in my room was hardly working, leaving it uncomfortably warm during the night. I found the bedding to be quite hard and uninviting, which severely impacted my sleep quality. The front desk staff was not helpful at all, often appearing unfriendly and unwilling to assist with basic inquiries.

I enjoyed my 7-night stay and found the spacious room very comfortable, complete with quality bed linens and a lovely balcony overlooking beautifully maintained gardens. The pool area was a pleasant surprise, much larger than I anticipated, providing a great spot to unwind. Breakfast was delightful with a variety of options, and the staff consistently brought a warm, welcoming energy to the atmosphere. the air conditioning and room temperature could use improvement, as it remained a bit warm during certain times.
